Audio recording Rights…………. an additional investment = 50% of the fee

All keynote programs are available for up to 70 minutes based on your needs.
Based upon Ty’s busy schedule and for your convenience, we now offer an inclusive package for all travel expenses of $1,500 for US and Canadian meetings and events.
InspiraGen Institute requires a 50% deposit of the final negotiated fee to book and confirm Ty Howard for your meeting or event date.
For international bookings, travel expenses include full-fare business class plane tickets, accommodations, transfers, and meals.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Do not forget that in addition to Ty’s fee, your organization must also budget for his expenses.
These generally include:
• Taxes and surcharges [Country, State, County, or Local]
• Purchase of handouts, workbooks, books, and other support materials
• Surcharge for audio and video recording of the program
• Surcharge for additional requests; such as moderating, being a participant on a panel, or presenting a workshop (breakout, educational or concurrent session) before/after a keynote presentation
And can also include:
• Airfare
• Airline Luggage Check-ins
• Ground Transportation (rental car/sedan service)
• Hotel Accommodations
• Reimbursement for mileage traveled and tolls (if applicable)
• Parking fees (garage or metered… paid in cash on the day(s) of your meeting)
• Meals
• Technical / Technology Requirements
